The M10 is the biggest-sized UV printer in our economic range of M series flatbed digital machines. It is very suitable for small and mediım-sized start-up facilities. With its 2050 x 3200mm. available space it can produce picture quality printings thanks to state-of- art printheads.Using the UV ink it can print excellent images on various rigid medias, such as glass, acrylic, wood, PVC foam board, KT board, MDF, aluminium, cellphone case, ceramic tiles, polycarbonate, plystyrene, etc. Also, it offers various ways of printing the white when material is transparent or colorful and allows to print the three-layer spot colors which means printing color-white-color at one time.The printhead options are Konica Minolta 1024i 6-13pL,Ricoh G5 7PL and Ricoh Gen6 5pL. The printing colors are Lc Lm Y M C K , White. Vanish available on All Ricoh heads.

Ink Curing System

Ink curing system operates with water-cooled Led UV lamps which has longer life time, more silent operation, do not make ozonic gas and emit less heat than traditional mercury lamps. It enables user to print on wider media choices, printings on sensitive or non- sensitive materials and printings withvarnish implementation as well as to save energy, costs and time. Excluding the use of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) the UV curable ink is environmental friendly and has no bad smell. Drawer-type UV lamp cassette makes easy to replace the lamps when needed. DOCAN Unique 5 dgree BANK Angle design avoid heads harm.

Vacuum Table

The vacuum table for accurate feeding the medias. The maximum material width is 205 cm and length is 320 cm. Table with pneumatic collapsable linear alignment pins for easy positioning the rigid medias. Air compressor connection is required to operate the system. X axis has 5 and Y axis has 4 pins.

5-zone Air Suction and Reverse

Powerful vacuum pumps for 5-zone air suction of the vacuum table. With respective control buttons it is capable reverse air blowing function for lifting the heavy medias easily.The internal air pipe ducts for efficient and powerful distribution of vacuum effect.

Guide Rail & Metal Liner Raser

Equipped with Japanese THK silent guide rail with X axial metal raster which ensures straight carriage moving to achieve accurate printing and posibility of high driven speed. Y Asix driving by dual Delta motor belt system with Metal raster, deviation control within 1um.

Carriage Transport System

With advanced Automatic Height Detector which can detect the material thickness and find a good height position for best quality printing. With Anti-Crash and continue print system which protect print head from crash and save media and time by continue printing. Thanks to the high-precision impact sensors on both sides of the head transport mechanism, the print heads are not damaged from curled,swollen or surged materials. The mechanism has anti-static devices to prevent electrostatic effect that disrupts the image quality.

Ink Supply Unit

Automatic high-volume Ink Supply system ensures continuous printing. The white ink has automatic stirring and circulation system, which avoids the clog of the white printhead. The system continuously circulates the ink between the Sub Ink Tank and Main tank; internal main tank. It equipped with Ink low level sensor, gives alarm once ink level below than setting.

Direct Printing

Can print on up to 100mm thick substrates and the printing distance between the table and printhead can be raised more up to 200mm with an optional adaptor to print on thicker materials. It is possible to print heavy substrates up to 200kg weight.
