H3-2500 CUT is an edge cutting machine with two-heads function, including one 3KW spindle and another one knife for soft material adopts industrial Germany Balser CCD to monitor and positioning the cutting & engraving progress. It can cuts soft material and polygon shapes of cartoons, signage etc. It’s easy to control and you can shift knife & spindle for different demanding.
▼ Fixed-point photographing function
Support the unequal scaling of pictures according to XY axis. When the overall printed graphics are too large or too small, the system will automatically optimize according to the scanning results. Supports photos taken at different angles from 0 to 90 degrees and at any position within the camera’s field of view. The system automatically translates and rotates the path according to the scanning results.
▼ Layered cutting function:
When cutting thick materials, you can freely set the layered cutting mode, for example, you can choose the cutting depth each time, or set the cutting times and remaining thickness.
▼ Intelligent path optimization:
Support z-type and s-type. Shortest path, sorting by cutting tools, and manually planning any path to meet different process requirements. And can cut clockwise, unilateral and bilateral as well.
▼ CAD editing functions:
You can draw and edit common graphics in the software.
▼ Safety limit:
The edge cutting machine has the function of soft limit, so that the moving beam will not collide with the machine side and can be operated with confidence. There will be a prompt if the cutting exceeds the limit.
